The first tuition payment is due on the first day of school, Tuesday, August 25, 2011.  We will only accept bi-weekly or monthly payments.  Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month. Bi-weekly payments are due on the 1st and 15th of each month.  If full payment is not received by the 15th of each month, a $50 late fee will be charged to your account. If your account is delinquent at the end of each month, your child/ren will be removed from the program until full payment including late fees are paid. 
The tuition rate for the 2011-2012 academic school year will be as follows:

First Child          $6,000 per year (10 payments at $600.00/month)

Second Child     $5,700.00 per year (10 payments at $570.00/month)

Third Child & Up $5,400.00 per year (10 payments at $540.00/month)

Church Member 15% discount on tuition:
Kindergarten - $525.30 (monthly)

Kindergarten - $262.65 (bi-weekly)

Registration Fees

A non-refundable annual registration fee of $200.00 is required at the Nations Ford Christian Academy.

Book, Instructional, and Supply Fees

The Nations Ford Christian Academy will utilize The A’Beka Curriculum for the primary school.  The A’Beka Curriculum is a bible teaching, Christian character, language-building and traditional subject curriculum.  It teaches the Word of God and academic skills on their individual levels. An annual non-refundable book, instructional, and supply fee of $200.00 is associated with the purchase of the curriculum books, instructional materials and supplies payable with the registration fee or with the first tuition payment.

After-School Care

After-school care is provided for those who are picked up later than 3:30pm at an additional cost.  The following fees for after-school care will be as followed:

After-School Care                 3:30pm – 6:00pm        $35.00/week

Extra fees will be charged when childcare is provided when school is closed due to holiday, teacher work day and etc.  The total cost for each full day of child care is $25 per day or $125.00 per week.
