The first tuition payment is due on the first day of school, Tuesday, August 25, 2011.  We accept weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payments in advance. Weekly payments are due on Mondays of each week or a $10.00 late fee will apply after 6:00pm on Mondays.

Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month. Bi-weekly payments are due on the 1st and 15th of each month. If full payment is not received by the 15th of each month for monthly and bi-weekly payments, a $50 late fee will be charged to your account. 

If your account is delinquent at the end of each month, your child/ren will be removed from the program until full payment including late fees are paid. The tuition rate for the 2011 -2012 academic school year is:

Registration Fees
A non-refundable annual registration fee of $200.00 is required at the Nations Ford Christian Academy.

Book, Instructional, and Supply Fees
The Nations Ford Christian Academy will utilize The A’Beka Curriculum for primary school.  The A’Beka Curriculum is a bible teaching, Christian character, language-building and traditional subject curriculum. It teaches the Word of God and academic skills on their individual levels.

An annual non-refundable book, instructional and supply fee of $200.00 is associated with the purchase of the curriculum books, instructional materials and supplies payable with the registration fee or with the first tuition payment.

Form of Payments
Checks and money orders are the acceptable forms of payment.  Please make checks payable to Nations Ford Christian Academy and reference your child’s name on the memo line. Payments are to be made in the Parent Resource Room of the Nations Ford Christian Academy. A fee of $25.00 will be charged for all returned checks.  Any account with two (2) returned checks will be required to make ALL future payments with a money order or cashiers check.

Credit/debit card payments are acceptable on-line at www.nfcckids.org. All registration, activitiy fees and tuition payments are non-refundable.
